Annual Meetings
An annual meeting of the PAHOA members is held each year, typically during the month of August. The meeting date and location is communicated via postal mail, posted on the entrance signs to Pajarito Acres, and on this website.
The next Annual Meeting is Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026 from 4:30–6:00 PM at the White Rock United Methodist Church located at 580 Meadow Ln. Sign-in begins at 4:00 PM.

Annual Meeting Minutes
The PAHOA bylaws (Article 1, Section 3) states that the annual meeting of the members shall be held each year during the month of August. Meeting minutes from the previous year are approved by vote of members at each annual meeting. The approved minutes for past annual meetings are posted below:
