Urgent call for donations: As discussed at member meetings April and August 2025, funds to operate PAHOA and to pay the liability insurance which protects PAHOA owners will be inadequate by the end of 2026 if PAHOA takes no action to raise funds and to make a covenant change to adjust the dues cap for inflation. PAHOA was founded by its resident members, not a faraway developer or corporation. Today, that is uncommon. Please consider donating to PAHOA to help bring the organization into a permanent state of solvency and viability.
To make a donation please use the form under Documents (or link here). Our goal is to raise $10,000 by Jan. 2026, which would keep PAHOA solvent throughout 2026 and pursue actions for long-term financial success. THANK YOU TO THE 14% OF PAHOANS WHO HAVE ALREADY DONATED $6,650.00 (through September, 2025)!!
2025–2026 annual PAHOA dues payment is due by Sep. 1, 2025 — see Documents for payment information (or link here). (Covenants Part E, Section E-2: The said sum shall be payable to such Association, and it is further covenanted that said charge shall be made on or before September 1 of each year and on the 15th day of January following on each and every year shall become a lien on the land and shall continue to be such lien until paid.)
